Refund Policy

We provide a sixty-day return policy for all items purchased through our store, counting from the day your package is successfully delivered. Any customer who is unsatisfied with their gaming headset purchase may submit a valid return request within this available return period.
All completed refunds issued by our store will be processed solely in United States Dollars. No other currency types will be used for refund settlements to maintain uniform and consistent transaction processing for all global shoppers.
After our warehouse receives, inspects and verifies your returned merchandise meets all return requirements, we will start processing your refund within five to ten business days. The exact time for funds to show up in your payment account relies on the processing speed of your payment provider or bank, which is outside our control.
To qualify for a full refund, returned headsets and all original accessories must remain unused, free of scratches and damage, and kept inside complete original packaging. Missing parts, heavy wear, stains or broken components will result in denied full refund requests, and partial compensation may be offered based on product condition at our sole discretion.
You must submit an official return request via our customer support channel before sending any items back. Our support team will send the official warehouse return address and detailed return guidelines. Returns shipped without prior application will not be accepted or processed for refunds.
Customers take full responsibility for all shipping costs incurred when sending returned goods back to our warehouse. Original delivery fees paid during checkout cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
We hold the right to reduce refund amounts if returned items arrive damaged due to insufficient protective packaging during return transit. We also reserve the right to reject return applications from customers who submit unreasonable frequent return requests that violate our store standards.
